The Commercial Transportation of Dangerous Goods

| By: admin

Transporting dangerous items is a highly regulated niche in the commercial travel industry. If you were thinking of transporting hazardous materials via a commercial airline think again. There are many regulations regarding batteries and combustibles that may leave you in need of DG Declarations services.

Hazmat accountability helps shippers organize containers in the safest way possible. For example, placing the gasses far from other reactive compounds like flammable goods can only be achieved when the proper labeling is effective. This post will explore different regulated dangerous goods and will briefly explain what is allowed on commercial flights and what would require the expert opinion of Dg Declaration.
